Return & Exchange Policy – Bicycle.co.ke
At Bicycle.co.ke, we value our customers and strive to ensure you receive the right bicycle and products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
- All goods once sold cannot be returned.
- We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect and confirm the correct size, model, and specifications before purchase.
2. Exception – 24 Hour Exchange Policy
We only accept returns under the following strict conditions:
- The product must have been purchased within the last 24 hours (1 day only).
- The bicycle or item must be unused, undamaged, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and receipt/invoice.
- We do NOT offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- We only allow exchange of the bicycle/product if you are not satisfied with your selection.
3. Unused Goods Only
- We accept unused goods only.
- Any bicycle that has been ridden, assembled, scratched, altered, modified, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.
- Products showing signs of wear, dirt, mechanical adjustment, or tampering will not be accepted.
4. Strict 2-Day Limitation
- After 2 days from the date of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges in any way, under any circumstances.
5. Additional Safeguards
To protect both our customers and our business:
- Customers are responsible for confirming correct size and model before leaving our shop.
- Any custom-assembled, special-order, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
- Transportation costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchange value will be based on the original purchase price shown on the receipt.
- If exchanging for a higher-priced bicycle, the customer must pay the price difference.
- We reserve the right to inspect and approve all returns before accepting any exchange.
- Management reserves the final decision on all exchange matters.
