By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing
All bicycles and accessories are sold subject to availability.
Prices may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors at any time.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors and minor specifications may vary.
3. Orders & Payments
Full payment must be made before delivery or collection.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon full payment and delivery or collection.
4. No Warranty Policy
All products are sold as-is.
Bicycle.co.ke does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or after-sale warranty coverage on bicycles or accessories.
We are not responsible for mechanical issues, wear and tear, damage after purchase, misuse, accidents, or third-party assembly.
Customers are advised to inspect and confirm product condition before completing the purchase.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Goods once sold cannot be returned.
Exchanges are only allowed within 24 hours under strict conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Original packaging and receipt must be provided.
We do not issue cash refunds.
After 2 days from purchase, no returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
Management reserves the final decision on all exchange matters.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must confirm the correct bicycle size, model, and specifications before purchase.
Proper use, maintenance, and servicing of the bicycle is the customer’s responsibility.
Bicycle.co.ke is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or unsafe riding.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bicycle.co.ke shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.
8. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
